Workshop Cancellation Policy

At Handise Crafts, we put a lot of care into planning each workshop to make sure every guest has a great experience. Please review our cancellation policy below before registering.

Workshop Registrations & Cancellations

All workshop registrations are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or change your registration, please see the options below:

48 Hours Notice

If you’re unable to attend, we’re happy to offer a studio credit when notified at least 48 hours before the workshop. You may also transfer your spot to a friend—just let us know in advance.

Less Than 48 Hours Notice

Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for credits, refunds, or rescheduling. This is due to the advance preparation required, including supplies, materials, and instructor coordination.

Why This Policy Exists

Each workshop involves pre-ordering materials and preparing stations based on confirmed attendance. Last-minute cancellations result in lost resources and impact our ability to keep workshops affordable. As a small business, we’re unable to absorb those costs.

To be fair to all participants, no exceptions can be made for illness, travel issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If you can’t attend, transferring your spot to a friend is always welcome.
